Exchanging for a Different Size

At Urban Athletic Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that the size of your shoes isn't quite right, we're here to help you with the exchange process.

Eligibility for Size Exchange

You can exchange your shoes for a different size within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

• The shoes are unworn and in their original condition
• You have the original receipt or order confirmation
• The shoes were purchased directly from an Urban Athletic Gear store or our website

Exchange Process

To exchange your shoes for a different size, follow these steps:

1. Bring the shoes, along with the original receipt or order confirmation, to your nearest Urban Athletic Gear store
2. Let our store associate know that you'd like to exchange the shoes for a different size
3. Our associate will check the inventory to ensure that the size you need is available
4. If the desired size is in stock, we'll process the exchange for you on the spot
5. If the size isn't available in-store, we can order it for you and have it shipped to your preferred address

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size and the new size needs to be shipped, please note:

• We offer free shipping on exchanges within the contiguous United States
• For exchanges shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses, shipping fees may apply
