Be prepared to provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Replacement or Refund
Once the issue is reported, our team will work quickly to make it right with either:
- Replacement Item: A new replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost
- Refund: You'll receive a full refund, including shipping costs if applicable
In some cases, you may need to return the damaged item first before a replacement ships or refund is issued.
